I’m Madeline McQueen. I’ve been working with women in leadership for more than 20 years, and in that time I’ve sat in a lot of rooms with some of the most capable women I’ve ever met. Women who are doing extraordinary work and still haven’t given themselves two hours to think about
how they’re actually showing up.
This Power, Presence and Positioning session exists because of those women. Because visibility doesn’t come from working harder, it comes from understanding how you’re being read, what you’re communicating and where you’re giving your authority away without realising it. This session gives you honest, practical work on all three.
This is not a lecture. It is two hours of real, practical working time.
We open by looking honestly at where you shrink, where you stay silent and where you’re giving your authority away without noticing. You can’t change what you haven’t named.
The politics nobody teaches you. Navigating difficult colleagues. The difference between power and aggression. We map your leadership ecosystem and look clearly at what you’re actually working with.
Speaking with authority. Owning your expertise. Stopping the habit of softening everything. We get practical here, including a mini exercise on owning your voice in the room.
You leave with three commitments: one conversation you need to have, one boundary you will implement, and one leadership opportunity you will claim. This is where you make a decision in the room.
