It's challenging running a team or department, it’s made more difficult when realise that your team is missing its mojo or doesn’t have the right skills in place to deliver their objectives as effectively as they could.

Training is a great way to upskill your people if it’s used correctly. Too often it’s used to avoid dealing with the real problem’s employees are facing. Often its boring.

As a leader building your teams confidence to deliver includes providing them with the tools that they need to be able to do so. Good quality training provides knowledge and support and empowers the attendees to use their learning straight away.

My training is designed to help you and your team do things differently. It enables you to take a bird’s eye view of what you are doing and how you can improve it and encourages you to ask the difficult questions so that you can get the results that you want… and need.

The training I offer provides practical tools and strategies to learn and implement the subject matter. It’s challenging yet inspiring and it’s also fun.

Sessions can be delivered over 2 hours, half a day or for a full day in order to fit in with your schedule.

When you help your team to get clear about why there are here, build their confidence and help them to feel more empowered it has a knock-on effect on their productivity, and, opens the door for them to be more receptive to upskilling and change.

  • Confidence & Empowerment For Greater Productivity. This session shows you how to build your confidence using practical evidence-based techniques, how to banish confidence killers and how to use it to bolster your career and business goals. You will come away feeling clear, confident and empowered to do and achieve more.

  • Questioning & Listening Skills. In the session you will learn why questioning skills are important, how different questions garner different information and responses and how to use them. These skills can be used in a wide range of areas including; sales, management, coaching, conflict resolution and strategic planning.

  • How To Make Your PDP Work For You. This session looks at how you can create a plan to achieve your career goals within your organisation. Completing your PDP shouldn’t just be a tick box exercise, it should move you forward. We’ll discover how you can make your ideal future you a reality and provide tools and strategies to get you there. Whether for your career development or personal life together we’ll explore how you can take ownership of your PDP and look at what you need and who you need to step out of your comfort zone and how to keep yourself motivated.

  • Exerting Your Influence. This session is targeted at women in the corporate world. It focuses on how to stand in your power, challenge the status quo, influence outcomes and own your “No!” You’ll learn how to be authentically you, how to say no to things don’t serve you or the business at large, how to promote yourself as a viable candidate for promotion and how to negotiate in a way that creates wins.

  • Closing Skills. This session walks through the steps to close a sale including; what you need to do before, during and after the sale, to ensure that the deal doesn’t fall through. How to provide a structure that puts you in control of your sales meetings, questioning skills and objection handling.
