I’ve been considering Impossible Possibilities. Asking myself what I would like to achieve, setting all parameters aside, letting go of biases, ignoring the voice that says keep it small and being incredibly focused on the one thing I want to use to achieve massive success.
It has been fascinating.
I’ve been reading a book called Scaling, and it’s made me really think about how we try to do so many things to, like a fisherwoman’s net, attract everything and everyone. Even though most of what we have attracted isn’t appropriate for what we want to achieve.
I’ve been pondering things like the good girl tax – where we do everything for everyone, keeping quiet and petite whilst downplaying ourselves to placate those who benefit from our shrinking.
I’ve been considering the narratives we use to say it’s OK for someone else to thrive, but not for us. It’s made me ask myself questions about the goals I set and, more importantly, why I didn’t achieve them, and when I did, why they weren’t sustainable.
I’ve been exploring why we people-please to our detriment, and even though we know it’s impacting us negatively, we still try to defend it.
This exploration made me ask, “If someone else can do it, why not me?” and that didn’t turn into giving myself a hard time. No, it turned into focus.
Everything I have been thinking has also been impacted by another book I’m reading, “Ask and It is Given.” As woo-woo a book as you can find, and yet deeply profound.
I’ve often spoken about thoughts becoming things, but digging deeper and getting the full downlow on how this works and the impact of our focus, our connection, our vibration and our every thought on our every experience took it to a whole new level, for me.
So, what’s the point of what I am saying?
Lady, where are you settling for less when more is open to you?
Where are you accepting the status quo?
Where are you reducing your life when your soul is screaming for something bigger and better?
Where are you waiting to be picked instead of picking yourself up and making it happen for you?
These questions are essential for our growth. They are necessary for us to move ourselves from where we are to where we say we want to be.
As the book says, we need to let go of anything and anyone that negatively impacts the life we are choosing to leave. I am not saying get rid of your family, but you may need to reposition yourself within that family to live the life you desire.
It’s time to get serious about you.
It’s time to get serious about what you want.
It’s time to get serious about what you know in your heart you are capable of.
We are all good at talking about what we want; we are even better at ignoring what we want in favour of surrendering our needs in preference to the needs of others. Just so that we don’t rock the boat.
But that’s no longer sustainable.
The way our world is changing at speed requires us to stop waiting to be chosen and to choose ourselves. It requires us to get clear about what we are here to do and step into our power. It requires us to fulfil the dreams and goals that we have. To create the places and spaces that make our experience of each other, our work and our world better.
I can almost guarantee that you have a dream of more that you want to do in this world, but you’ve held back on it, wondering if you are ready. Here’s the truth: You don’t have the luxury of waiting to be ready – to take the tech bro’s phrase – it’s time to fail fast and fail forward. Holding back isn’t moving you forward; it’s keeping you stuck.
We want change in our world for women, but what are we doing to create that change? It’s not going to take a few outliers; it’s going to take all of us.
Here’s what I’m going to do.
Over the coming months, I am committed to elevating my life in every aspect. To strip away anything that doesn’t serve my highest good and get me to where I want to be. That doesn’t lean into my mission here on planet earth.
That includes beliefs, thoughts, people, things and ideologies that hold me back from… ME!!!
You are the work that you are here on this planet to do. You are not here to put your life in the hands of your family, your job, your children, or even your partner. You are here to make a difference.
You, lady, are the difference.
And if deep in your heart you feel that you want more and are ready for then, it’s time to stop waiting and start moving.
As an executive coach, international speaker and intuitive human being, I’m here to support you on that journey. My aim in this life is to help you see your gold and live on your terms so that you can positively impact your life and the lives of others.
I’m here to help you awaken to who you really are and to leverage your personal development for your leadership and life success.
Accountability and support are crucial to your success. Having someone by your side as you explore your possibilities is important because we all have blind spots.
Men get all the support that they need for their careers because they are trained not to do it alone. We are taught as women to hold everything on our own and to be responsible for everything and everyone. It’s time to break free from that conditioning and get yourself some support.
Here are some ways to work with me.
I have coaching slots available to the end of the year for 3 more people. I’ve off-boarded a coaching client, taking my slots back up to 3. I have 3 people in the wings making decisions about what they want to do, but the slots are still open. You can book yourself into my diary for a discovery call here.
You may prefer to do this in community with other women like you; if so, the Circle of Brilliance has been created for you. It’s a 6-month change programme for cohorts of 10 women in leadership. You can find out more about this and secure your place here. We start in January 2026
Are you ready for the next iteration of you?
Do you want this next year to be the same as this one, or do you want to take control of your life like you never have before?
Do you want unparalleled support to help you on your journey to your best life as a leader?
If you are ready for something different, come and work with me.
You are worth the investment.
Because you really are worth it.
